The very large flowers range from single to semi-double, and are remind one of the giant flowers of the mallow hibiscus. The white flowers shade to blush pink toward the center. It is a vigorous grower with unusually large leaves. Originated in the USA and first appeared in the Overlook Nursery Catalogue in 1942-1943. (Zone 7) [2 quart pot]
